It took the company a couple weeks to come back to finish painting my chair rail and to deliver the area rugs Which now are sliding all over the area Something needs to be done to make sure they stay in place Also when I placed the order for the outside of the funeral home the rugs have not been installed yes it was bad weather recently but you could’ve got those rugs in earlier and took an care of that today he put the order in. All in all happy with the installation the customer service needs to be improved

you were not accommodating and wanted to charge extra for a repair that was within warranty, they men stated that the pulls was due to our vacuum but it was never informed to us to which vacuums we should utilize
